Diane has been absolutely amazing in helping us find a great vacation home in South Lake Tahoe. I have purchased other properties in the past and was involved in other family members' purchases through various real estate agents, but nobody came close to Diane's expertise and dedication. We were quite picky in what we wanted. However, that wasn't even the entire problem. As we started seeing houses, we started adjusting our requirements. Diane was not only patient, but started realizing what we were looking for even before we could put our finger on it. She made lots of great suggestions that we ended up liking. She showed us various properties with different great settings, she proved extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods, services, environment, lifestyle. Even beyond that, she has helped us do quite a few things beyond her real estate tasks, such as help us find contractors to bid for various work we wanted to get done, give us pointers for furniture stores we would like, find out information from the city on various issues, etc. We truly felt we had a very strong real estate agent who was on our side and understood our goals and was willing to do what it took to get us there.
